Refund policy

If you’re looking to return or exchange your order for whatever reason, we’re here to help! We offer free returns within 60 days of purchase. You can return your product for a refund to the original payment method.

Please note the following exceptions to our return and refund policy:

  • Free return shipping only available in the continental United States. Returns originating from other locations may incur shipping fees to be paid by the customer
  • Returns for bulk purchases (4 or more units of the same item) must be approved by Apolock and may incur a restocking fee
  • All items must be received in their original packaging to be considered for a full refund
  • Returns from customers or households with more than 2 return transactions within a 6 month period may be subject review by Apolock before approval

To initiate a return, please complete the following steps:

  1. Send an email to help@apolock.com with your order confirmation number and specify which products you would like to return
  2. A representative will review your return request and provide a return shipping label once approved
  3. Send the items back to us using the label provided and your refund will be issued once the goods are received in our warehouse and inspected

Please note that it typically takes about 5-10 business days for your return to arrive at our fulfillment center and be processed for refund. Once we receive your qualifying return and approve your refund, Apolock will credit your original method of payment. Depending on your financial institution, please allow an additional 2–10 business days for the refund credit to post to your bank or credit card account.
